Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 7, 2026
Phoenix Gauge Studios LLC (“Phoenix Gauge Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) develops and publishes games for Apple’s iOS platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information our games and this website may collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our games or website, you agree to the practices described here.
The Information We Collect
We are deliberately minimalist. We ask for as little as possible, and we only collect what genuinely helps us run our games and support the people who play them.
Information you choose to give us
- Support requests. If you email us (for example, at our support address), we receive your message and the email address you sent it from so we can help you.
- Optional feedback. Anything you voluntarily share, such as survey responses or bug reports.
Information collected automatically
- Basic device and app data. Limited technical information such as device model, operating system version, app version, and general region — used to keep the game running correctly across different devices.
- Gameplay and diagnostic data. Non-identifying information about how the game is performing, including crash reports and anonymous usage statistics, so we can fix problems and improve the experience.
Purchases
Any purchases in our games are processed by Apple through the App Store. Payment is handled entirely by Apple — we never see or store your credit card number or payment details. We may receive confirmation that a purchase occurred so we can deliver what you bought.
How We Use Information
- To operate, maintain, and improve our games and website.
- To diagnose and fix bugs, crashes, and performance issues.
- To respond to your support requests and communicate with you when you contact us.
- To understand, in aggregate, how our games are played so we can make them better.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect the security of our games and players.
What We Will Never Do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties — ever, for any reason. We are not in the business of monetizing your data. We build games; we make our living from the games themselves, not from selling information about the people who play them.
Service Providers
We may rely on a small number of trusted third-party services to help us run our games — for example, app-store infrastructure, crash-reporting, hosting, and analytics tools. These providers may process limited data strictly on our behalf and only to perform the services we ask of them. They are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes. Where our free games include advertising, ad partners may use limited, device-level identifiers to serve ads; you can limit ad tracking at any time through your device’s privacy settings.
Children’s Privacy
Our games are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
Kids Mode
Certain games may include an optional Kids Mode that a parent or guardian can turn on to give a child a highly restricted, child-appropriate version of the game intended for children under 13. When Kids Mode is enabled, in-game currency, advertising, and all purchase options are turned off — no ads are shown, no purchases can be made, and the in-game economy is disabled. Kids Mode is designed to strip out commercial features and keep data collection to the bare minimum needed for the game to run, so children can play safely. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child while Kids Mode is active.
Data Retention
We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Diagnostic and analytics data is retained in limited, often anonymized form. Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to assist you and maintain our records.
Your Choices and Rights
- Device controls. You can manage permissions, notifications, and ad-tracking preferences directly in your device’s settings.
- Access and deletion. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you.
- Contact us. To exercise any of these rights, just reach out using the contact details below and we’ll help.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data and to minimize how much of it we collect in the first place.
International Users
We operate from the United States, and information we collect may be processed there or in other locations where our service providers operate. By using our games or website, you understand that your information may be processed in these locations.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be made clear. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
