Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 8, 2026

Our promise is simple: we collect only the minimum information needed to give you a smooth, enjoyable gaming experience — and we will never sell your information to a third party for any reason. Period.

Phoenix Gauge Studios LLC (“Phoenix Gauge Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) develops and publishes games for iOS and Android. This Privacy Policy explains what information our games and this website may collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our games or website, you agree to the practices described here.

The Information We Collect

We are deliberately minimalist. We ask for as little as possible, and we only collect what genuinely helps us run our games and support the people who play them.

Information you choose to give us

Information collected automatically

Purchases

Any purchases in our games are processed by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play. Payment is handled entirely by the platform — we never see or store your credit card number or payment details. We may receive confirmation that a purchase occurred so we can deliver what you bought.

How We Use Information

What We Will Never Do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties — ever, for any reason. We are not in the business of monetizing your data. We build games; we make our living from the games themselves, not from selling information about the people who play them.

Service Providers

We may rely on a small number of trusted third-party services to help us run our games — for example, app-store infrastructure, crash-reporting, hosting, and analytics tools. These providers may process limited data strictly on our behalf and only to perform the services we ask of them. They are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

The providers we currently rely on are Google AdMob for advertising, RevenueCat for validating in-app purchases and managing subscriptions, and GitHub (a Microsoft company) for tracking bug reports. AdMob and RevenueCat are described in more detail below.

When you submit a bug report, it is stored as a work item in a private GitHub repository that only Phoenix Gauge Studios can access. It is not public, it is not indexed by search engines, and it is used solely to investigate and fix the problem you told us about.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Some of our games offer optional in-app purchases and subscriptions. Everything needed to play is available without buying anything.

We never handle your payment information. All payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own terms and privacy policies. Your card number, billing address, and Apple or Google account details are never sent to us and we cannot see them.

To confirm a purchase is valid, unlock what you bought, keep a subscription in sync across your devices, and let you restore purchases after reinstalling, we use RevenueCat, a subscription-management service. When you make a purchase, RevenueCat receives:

This information is used only to deliver and maintain purchases. It is not used for advertising, and purchase data is never combined with advertising data. RevenueCat processes it on our behalf as described in their privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You manage or cancel them in your Apple Account or Google Play account settings — not inside the game.

Advertising

Some of our games are free and ad-supported. Where a game shows ads, we serve them through Google AdMob. To serve and measure those ads, Google and its advertising partners may collect and process:

Google’s handling of this data is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy and its terms for how Google uses data from apps that use its services. Where a game offers an ad-free or subscription option, choosing it removes ads. Advertising is never shown inside a game’s Kids Mode.

You can reset or limit ad tracking at any time in your device settings:

Children’s Privacy

Our games are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Kids Mode

Certain games may include an optional Kids Mode that a parent or guardian can turn on to give a child a highly restricted, child-appropriate version of the game intended for children under 13. When Kids Mode is enabled, in-game currency, advertising, and all purchase options are turned off — no ads are shown, no purchases can be made, and the in-game economy is disabled. Kids Mode is designed to strip out commercial features and keep data collection to the bare minimum needed for the game to run, so children can play safely. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child while Kids Mode is active.

Data Retention

We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Diagnostic and analytics data is retained in limited, often anonymized form. Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to assist you and maintain our records. Purchase records are retained by Apple or Google and by RevenueCat for as long as needed to keep your purchases and subscriptions working, per their respective policies.

Your Choices and Rights

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data and to minimize how much of it we collect in the first place.

International Users

We operate from the United States, and information we collect may be processed there or in other locations where our service providers operate. By using our games or website, you understand that your information may be processed in these locations.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be made clear. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
